Building Community Resilience is all encompassing and we are hoping to take a big step up over the next few months by working with the South West Ambulance Service to set up a First responder Scheme in Bradford on Avon. With the equipment we have recently purchased and equipment that can be supplied by SWASFT we are now on a recruitment drive to find volunteers to be on call to help cover our town and outlying villages.
If you are interested and want to find out more why not come along to our next training session at the BoA Fire Station at 8pm on the 16/11/16 for an introductory chat about the scheme by David Wilmot the Community First Responder Coordinator for Wiltshire. (Please note there is no parking at the Fire Station)
